Versatile and could be cooked in camp oven or frying pan. I used onion, pumpkin, sweet potato, parsnip and snow peas. You could use celery, carrots, normal spuds, cauli and broccoli, and fish or chicken can be included. You will need jar of Korma simmering sauce. Chop veges into large chunks, except the snow peas. Add the chopped onions to an oiled pan, than place the other chopped veges on top of the onion. Roast with the addition of garlic, nutmeg, S&P. Cut cooked veges into smaller pieces and return to pan, and add the snow peas pieces or whole. Add Korma Curry to veges, and some stock or water to make thin paste, and to cook the brown vege gravy off the pan. Nothing is wasted, and you use only 1 pot. Serve immediately, or pack and freeze for future meals. The curry is mild, even sweet, allowing the flavour of the roast veges to be at their most tasy. Enjoy!

No this bad back doesn't stop me from living, although it does affect my quality of life sometimes. I refuse to let it stop me for as long as I can. Standing up too long or sitting too long cause a few probs, but I do hydrotherapy in the park pool, with my noodle as my constant water companion. Keeping strong, flexible, toned and agile is the best way to resist it's severity. I have had surgery in 06 to insert a spacer between 2 verterbrae to replace the disc which had degenerated completely. I take every day as it comes, and if I can put both feet on the floor in the morning, it's a good day.
