As many prawns as one can eat and some for ron ~ peeled, deveined and butterflied (run a sharp knife down the back not cutting right through) chop as much chilli and garlic as you desire and add to prawns with a dash of EVO oil/sea salt & white pepper. cover and allow to marinate in fridge till you can't wait any longer. pour a small carton (or part there of) of pure fresh cream into a pot and bring to boil add prawns and toss around for just a minit or so. cover and let steam in own heat for a minit longer. serve with hot jasmin rice and lime/lemon juice.
* if you don't like chilli just leave it out. Enjoy
