Ingreds: 1lb. Fish - Tuna or Mackeral. Juice of 2-3 Lemons. 1 teaspoon Salt. Half a Tomato. Coconut cream [tinned or made from 3 grated Coconuts.] Dash Pepper. Half a Cucumber. Half a Medium Carrot. Half an Onion.
Method: Clean and fillet fish, cover with Lemon juice and Salt, and marinate 1 and a half hours.
Chop Tomato, Cucumber, and Onion, and grate Carrot. Drain off Lemon and Salt, add Coconut cream. Add more Lemon juice to taste,and chill. Just before serving, add prepared Vegetables and Pepper.
