I am heading to Melbourne early next year and would like to swap my beautiful house in the Brisbane suburb of Enoggera with someone who lives in Melbourne.
It is 3 bedrooms, fully air conditioned with lovely gardens and a good sized back yard.
As I also have a pet, the exchange would be pet friendly.
This would be an excellent opportunity for you to base yourself in sunny Qld with Brisbane City only 6kms from your doorstep, shopping centres all within a 5 min drive, and the Gold and Sunshine Coast all within a very easy drive.
The house has a flat double carport which would be suitable to store your van and car while you are not travelling.
The exchange would be available from - April 2010 - April 2011.
