Canine/Feline night time beacons

Granny seems curious as to what exactly I'll be making on my new machine and here is something I'm going to provide as an exclusive offer strictly to GN's.....

Yes its the "Safety Beacon"  for dogs and cats that is powered by 3 button cells ( included with instructions) and comes in 3 colours, white, red and multi colour. The beacon is not waterproof at this stage and is activated by a) movement and b) lack of light. If you dog or cat is asleep it won't flash but if it is dark and the beacon senses movement it will switch on letting you know where your dog or cat is. The prototype is pictured and has been worn by Gracie (on her collar) for some time now. Being a black dog I can't see her at night, the leash just dissapers into the darkness but with this beacon flashing she can be seen and I can see her.
All up cost inc postage will be an astounding $12.
Place your orders now, before these become mandatory and therefore super expensive when some little chinaman gets in the ear of the RSPCA and gets a sole supplier contract....

They look great Basil what is the actual size? Could you have something like that (not flashing - steady light) that is activated by movement/lack of light that you could hang/attach under an annex or outside the door as a deterrent for thieves etc?

Thanks Basil........yeh, they look good but knowing my luck someone would walk off with it, I notice they have to be put out into the sun to recharge during the day.......I was thinking more of something you could "hang" under your awning near the side of the van, battery powered (not solar), although that could be knicked also I suppose.
