Does anyone have a clue as to how long it takes to cook a normal sized banana cake (not a packet mix one but roughly the same size) in one of those bench top convection ovens?

Hi Ma, I was just looking through the recipes and saw your question about cooking time. I have a bench top oven "They call it a Turbo oven" i do all sorts of cooking in it when i do a cake such as banana it takes about 40-45minutes at about 180oC all ovens vary test it at about 40min. Hi Ma, I have a friend who has one, and she says that cakes generally cook more evenly if you use a Ring Tin. Have e-mailed you a couple of her recipes, as I have no idea how to put them on here. Cheers, xina.
