Well, sort of! After two weeks on the road and still just reaching Sydney from Melbourne we have had our second - count 'em - 2nd day with sun in it. After seeing the downpours on the NSW north coast we are thankful we did not head off as originally planned or we would have been in the middle of it. Still things are going well thus far, no problems with either vehicle or trailer and only minor domestic disturbances. Planning a couple more days around Penrith and then off to the Hunter region to replenish the "reds" box. All the rain has eaten up our tassie supply.
Cheers to all and hope to meet some of you on the road out there.
Travel safely wherever you go. There will be some road damage to be careful of when you get further north. The floods were quick, but I don't think Main Roads will be quick to repair the damage. Take care. Cheers Chris
