Animal Friendly and Top Spot

Recent trip to South West Rocks I stayed at the Top Tourist Park on  Gordon Young Dr.

The on-suite sites have a ready made eco mat pad if you don't want to put down your own or you can request a concrete pad  .  The communal shower block is just as good.

The park has plenty of shade trees,  is right on the tidal creek which has the boat ramp to get you out to sea and cleaning tables for the big catch of the day on your return     .Believe it or not although the creek entrance looks bad it's safer than the main river exit to sea .  There is another boat ramp to access the main Macleay  river  and plenty of river bank fishing for the boatless .

Plenty of dog walking areas  and the park is pet friendly ,naturally expect during school holidays  when the urban guerrillas are there in force .

10 minute walk to town  for those without SAS training

One of the better parks I've stayed in on the Mid North Coast
