1 pre washed bag of spinach 1 pre washed bag of rocket 1/5 red onion chopped into rings 1/5 cucumber sliced 4 large mushrooms quartered 1 Mango diced = chopped into squares 1 Orange diced 1 Avocado diced Garnish with a handful of fresh Corriander
Finally pour over Balsamic Vinegar 4 leaf is best, but add to individual plates if you want to keep left overs to save wilting.
Optional, pine nuts, and to make this into a main course, add torn strips of smoked trout and warm whole asparagus.
