Hopefully there are lots of experienced camp/caravan cookers - girls or boys - to share the secrets of their easiest and tastiest recipes with us more challenged mortals !
I eat mostly fish for health reasons and there is nothing easier than atlantic salmon or ocean trout fillet with a squeeze of lemon (usually from the bottle variety) cooked in tinfoil in 180-200C oven for 15 minutes -no preparation and succulent as the day is long.
