Chutney sounds interesting. I use that in curries. Also, I use carrot and celery in just about everything I make with mince - both steak and sausage.

Brickies that's a great simple recipe that I often use and add the roast leftovers, made a whole platter of them recently for friends over to watch the MLB they were gone in no time. lol.....totally delish....Kisha
