A few shots of WA

Thought I would share a few photos of our last trip to WA.  I especially like watching wildlife on our trips and always try to capture it on camera.  It's really given me an appreciation of how difficult it is to get great animal shots.
Anyway, the pelican shot was taken in Monkey Mia.  The pelicans there had no fear of people whatsoever and I found their eyes to be a bit scary.  The croc is a freshwater one (supposedly not dangerous to people) but I still used the zoom.  The cliff is at Windjana Gorge on the Gibb River Road - it's an incredibly beautiful and atmospheric place.

great shots there sue, good idea to give those snapping handbags a wide berth, the pelicans can be a bit of a nuisance I remember when we went to 50 dollar beach (I mean monkey mia) the pelicans were that bad that we used to grab them by the beak just to persuade them to leave us alone weird feeling to grab a pelicans beak, Ahhhhh! the gibb river road ( Dave goes to his calm place)
