We are planning a trip up the Great Alpine Road from Bairnsdale to Albury during the summer with a 18' caravan & Pajero and would appreciate any comments/cautions from anyone who has done the trip before. From what I have read all looks OK but thought I would check with the experts first! Thanks!

Question from soon to be nomad. Some sit descriptions include specific tasks to be done - which is fine. Others more vague. How to people tackle this so that "scope creep" is avoided and you end up being overloaded with stuff you didn't know about up front?

Would you say it's an edible mushroom? As a boy I use to collect field mushrooms but I'm very wary and unsure of them these days. It seems the 37mm of rain we have had over the past two days has encouraged them poke their heads up.
