Roof was leaking so removed and found centre joint not to be under sealed so need to do that but need to find the rubber flashing that goes over it any help appreciated

What did folks use for watching Tv in a van? In the old days, probably before about 2003 or so. I can't remember before my caravan days. I couldn't imagine having the old type big box in a van. Were modern style antennas available back then.
