Will I live to see 80? I recently picked a new primary care doctor. After two visits and exhaustive lab tests, he said I was doing 'fairly well' for my age. A little concerned about that comment, I couldn't resist asking him, 'Do you think I'll live to be 80?' He asked , 'Do you smoke tobacco, or drink be...

Folks I noticed that the Australian Campertrailer group have a page just for stolen camper trailers. I little worrying since I hope to buy a trailer and put something like an Oztent RV1 on top. What can be used to deter thieves? I think you can get wheel locks. Does anyone know where to buy them? Jo...

I have a bit of a concern that perplexes me, whilst filling my car with fuel (that in itself is a perplexing pastime) I noticed with more than a passing interest a caravan that had to be 25-28 feet long if it was an inch, he too was filling his car, an ea falcon, he had the obligatory two 9 kg gas bottles, also...

Hope all Dads out there had a nice day; how did you spend it? Out of interest how do you all rate the day itself (and Mothers Day), shouldn't every day we be appreciated as parents without a designated day?? It appears that the retail industry certainly "flog" it, i.e. how much to spend??? W...

G'day all, A short while ago I had a professional caravan repairer fit two new Tail Lights to my 1986 Jayco Songbird, had a pro do the job as the old ones were well and truly corroded and I wanted to make sure all was done right. I noticed he used about 3/4 inch self drilling screws to secure the backing plate...

Ok good question.... I am here simply because I like free stuff. I don't enjoy the fora where things are run by vested interests and the moderator jumps down your throat because he/she does not want you telling the truth about a product that may be deleterious on the advertisng $$ that they chase. It is a shame that you two guys have to prop up this site, and your efforts must be commended, and the info put forward. It maybe time to back off a little and see if it deserves to survive as unfortunately the Davo annd Basil show is a little boring. Not to be offensive, but a wake up call.
