Went from Renner Springs (NT) to Camooweal (just in Qld) today, the wind across the Barkly Hwy was awful. We fought into it the whole way, you could just about see the fuel gauge dropping.

hi all i just got my local paper,and it seem's like one local council is being proactive logan city (between brisssie & gold coast) are currently considering opening up 3 sites for FREE overnight stays,maybe if we all drop them a line it might help things along
