If you have a modern vehicle, with all the sensors to give good fuel/performance, but sensors and vehicles can become faulty in out of the way places and your States Motoring organisation may not be into towing caravans over 16ft ( unless the local service agent is prepared to do so) or you drive a Campervan/motorhome over a certain length/height,  it may be worth considering Ken Tame Insurance as part of joining the Campervan and Motorhome Club Of Australia (CMCA).

KTI provide up to $1000 a year for breakdowns, and believe me this KTI support does not go that Far if you are Flat traying a 6.5m Campervan for any great distance, but it definitely helps.

For an extra $185 a year CMCA members get additional vehicle breakdown cover and Doctors on Demand ( from memory 2 Video link calls).

Note this my interpretation of CMCA/DOD.

If you are not into joining the CMCA and have good vehicle breakdown cover, and wont see 60 again if may be a good idea to look into the organisation below.

What I like about them is that ( I was told) that the booking of the consult and Doctor discussion can be carried out by phone but if requested by video.

A good friend is in country SA at the moment with his dust collector ( smartphone) he has intermittent data for emails with his Wireless modem up a tree to give him a signal. That's why I like my Lo Tek Phone with and aerial connection on the back to connect to the Broom stick aerial above the Cruiser or caravan

Note this is Not and add to join the CMCA, but an available option and food for thought, and of course there is always 000 if you have mobile phone coverage.
