Hot air


has anyone fitted a whirlybird type vent on top of dual cab hard lid,does it help expell hot air effectively

We had 2 on a Hilux but the problem found was that when you stopped at lights or parked for a rest the damn things kept spinning and making a noise amplified by the canopy.
If we did it again we'd just fit weather proof vents.

the solar powered ones are very quiet, I am in the midst of installing a few on the bus. Cheap from china
