Love Uluru. Those facts are really interesting. You captured the changing colours well, it's amazing isn't it!!! 

 

I'd love to see it in the wet.

Love your photos too. We went again last year for another look and had the bright sunny weather. Have not seen an electrical storm over Uluru but back in the 1980's (at the old camp ground next to the rock) we were there when a storm came over and it is something to see the water flowing over the rock and at one stage we couldn't see the top half of the rock for fog. Thanks for sharing.
