What a waste of Life it would be following that regime.

I watched my neighbour do that when he retired.

Result was progressive Ill Health after retirement.

Overweight, Diabetes,  Leg problems and eventually unable to walk, Liver and Kidney disease. Now passed away about three years ago.

The most exercise he got was driving down daily to the TAB Betting Shop and switching the Telly on in the morning and off at night.

It seems there are always some that have a far too serious view on life.

Er, somehow I don't think it's intended as an everyday regimen. Beneficial in moderation though!!

We give ourselves about two jobs a day - they may only be hanging the washing out, empty the loo, or whatever, but with two of us that is four jobs a day, then we rest and relax, often with friends, for the rest of the day.
