Install Firefox and then add the "Youtube download" add-on. When you go to download the video with that you are presented with a list of different file formats and resolutions.

That was not long after we got the car, the winch has had a lot more use since, Twin diff locks low pressure good tyres, and still it needs a bit of assistance to go where it was never intended. but that is the game we play, my good wife reckons we are not having fun if we don't get stuck at some stage on a days adventure.
Mind you the reason we have the video is that she decided it was a much better option being out of the car than in it. (smart lady). That particular track took us about 3 hours to do 10 Km.
