Hello everyone. Claire & I are from NZ, we own a ute and caravan, and have been travelling in your lovely country. This trip we finish in Adelaide, we fly back to NZ on 10th Sept.
We plan to return to Adelaide late March/early April 2018, and resuming our travels. We are looking for storage of our rig for 6-7 months, preferably somewhere not too far from the airport, but all suggestions would be considered.
Hi, I live near the airport and also store my van. There are a few storage places quite near at Melrose Park, Hindmarsh, Mile End but sadly will cost around 150-180 per month. The further you go out the cheaper it gets. There is a place at Gawler that is $50 month. Good luck and let me know if you find something cheap, Ill move as well!
After looking on Gumtree, I came across a storage facility at Port Elliot, which is only an hour or so south of Adelaide. For outside storage, we will be paying $65/month for both ute and caravan. Inside storage is also being developed at this location, not quite ready yet. Contact is Steve Bennett, 0436-290-832.
