Mobile Caravan Service for Jayco Swan

Hi Grey Nomads, Our campervan is due a service, before our next trip away, and we are thinking a mobile repairer would be more cost effective than the last place we took our van too. It was our first service on a new Campervan and cost us $300!!! Can anyone recommend a mobile service/repairer? Thanks again.

Jon & Lin,
I take my van to a chap who does some work for Jayco Townsville, as well as for himself.

If I took the van to TJ, they would charge me $320. By me taking the van to him (30Kms out of town), he charges $200 (plus any new bearings that are required).

I had a bingle with our Eagle & I asked Townsville Jayco who they recommended for the repair - they gave me his details. The end result was outstanding!

If you plan to visit Townsville, send me a message & I'll give you his details.

PS - we took our Eagle to Broome (six weeks away), the previous year down to Victoria, then across to SW WA & back home via the Gawler Ranges & the Birdsville Track (another six weeks trip).
