Coles, Bakery, News Agent, Chemist and grog shop 2 minutes walk.

More restaurants cafes and pubs than you can poke a stick at.

Free hilltop electric BBQs with shelters and amazing views 2 minutes walk.

Oh yeah... and that beach biggrin
