Liked the idea of this - I have never tried it though - might try it at home.

We put sprigs of bay leaves in our linen cupboard & stick a leaf under the lids of flour etc containers.

Usually toss a few sprigs of basil leaves in the drawers too.

Keeps the bugs out.

I tried something like that but the leaves tend to break and you get bits all over the place. If you can put your nice smelly leaves or flowers in some kind of net bag it works even better.
