Does anyone know of free camping places around Mansfield Area where you can take a dog ???

Running Creek Reserve -about 25km from Mansfield nice spot on the Howqua River. A free spot with pets allowed.

Also nearby

Blue Range Creek Reserve - about 15kms from Mansfield

Delatite Arm Reserve Campground- on lake Eildon about 20km from Mansfield

Grannys Flat - on the Jamieson river - about 40km from Mansfield

Might pay to check with DEPI (was  DSE )though in case of weather closures, depending when you wish to go.

Thank you for your input, we have now left Mansfield, I know its winter, but it is unbelievably cold there at the moment, now in Carrum Downs Vic, nearly as cold here, leaving next week, heading up towards the sun we hope
