Actually, I don't mind the NSW Coppers. The only time a copper was more than helpful to me was just after he booked me. Now don't get me wrong, he had me "bang to rights guvna" as they'd say on The Bill. But I missed the 80KPH sign coming off the freeway at Beresfield, NSW, and got pulled over for exceeding by less that 10KPH. When I told the "young constable" that it pissed me off because I hadn't had an infringement in more than 15 years, he told me to write a letter to the appropriate authority explaining the situation, and they'd more than likely let me off with a warning. I did so, and they let me off... :))))).... bugger, 2 months later i missed another speed zone in QLD... But at least he had the spirit to let me know.. good on him.
Stuff the young copper in St. George in QLD though, but at least he buggered up my drivers licence number, and i didn't lose any points.
