I guess I should introduce myself as a brand new 'Nomad'! I am a landscape artist/illustrator, and now that I am at the time of my life to do exactly what I have always wanted to do (travel Australia and capture what I can on canvas!) I have purchased a 4x4 and an off-road camper/trailer and intend to go see this wonderful brown land! Unfortunately, I am now on my own (Kids grown up and independant - divorced) apart from the companionship of my faithful mutt, Missy, a cross bred Jack Russell. I have only done one (1) trip so far to Queensland to test the rig mainly, but am about to head off up the East coast to Brunswick Heads and to do some photography and painting of the region up there. Then, if all goes well, my next trip will be across the Nullabor and up the west coast to Broome ( have to pick the season!) I would love to meet up with others out there. Anyway, would love some feedback from anyone who is interested to make contact..remember, I'm ceretainly a 'newbie', so would appreciate any comments! Regards to all...Bronco.
My dream is getting closer so it won't be long and the wife & I will be travelling.
In the mean time we are in practice mode with a new camper tariler etc. No fourby YET but soon I hope.

I see you just joined like me - pretty quiet so why don't you also try EXPLOROZ... I have joined that group as well and am a paid up member. By the way I used live in Frankston and moved up to Cairns 'bout 19yrs ago. Never go back though - Gods Country up here.
