Can get from anywhere that sells the systems, guy at Millmerran Camp Oven festival was selling them for either $20 or $25 - same as ours (which came with our system) - which works like a dream.

G'day Whiteman

I reckon you can't go past the SF3239 sat finder from www.satplus.com.au this meter will tell you the signal strength and the quality of signal for the sat you are looking for.

This to me is the only way to be positive that you are aimed at the satellite and are getting the signal you need for your receiver to work.

If you have 'smart phone' there is a free app called 'satellite director' which makes it easy to zero in on C1.

Hi there, I use this one from SatPlus, works without any complicated menus.

Satellite C1 has a distinctive sound that once heard it is never confused with another satellite.

Neil, I have one of those and they do work well, I also have one of these (sorry it is on eBay) http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/3-5-LCD-Digital-TV-Satellite-Sat-Finder-Signal-Meter-Station-Platform-/280899132158?pt=AU_Television_Accessories&hash=item4166e49afe

With this unit you do not need to have the vast decoder or tv turned on, you just connect one coax to this unit and the dish, move the dish around and bingo you have the C1 signal on the small screen, you then disconnect the meter from the dish and connet the decoder to the dish, and you have a perfect picture.

This unit also lets you connet to your decoder via rca leads and you can watch on the small screen, too small for me so we watch on normal digital tv

SatPlus is a great company to deal with, nothing is too much trouble for them.

Also goes under the more popular name of SF-500, can be bought from China for around $42.
