This is so simple but very yummy. While in WA at Walpole we were spoilt by our neighbours who brought us over some hot corn damper straight from the camp oven.

I don't know the quantities but there were only 2 ingredients

SR flour and a tin of creamed corn (and a little herb/spice whatever you fancy.)

I will try to make it myself one day soon.
