Recognition.

Hi folks,
I was wondering if you have some sort of sticker that you put on your van/car so that others know you are members of the Grey Nomads.
Cheers,
Lady G.

Ok...might be a happening thing then....

My name is French (I'm a Pom) and should be pronounced Gill-en with the emphasis on the "en", however, with our lovely Aussie drawl, it's always been pronounced G'lane....got to love us Aussies. smile
Cheers.

a pommy with a french name in australia, thought I had a hard life, god who did you insult!!!!!! must have been a biggy...............

I had some stickers on my old hot rod valliant back in the seventies that stated "honk if you're horny" another that said "if this van's a rockin dont come a knockin" and "dont laugh you're daughter may be inside" but I guess that's not the sort of thing one put's on a grey nomad mobile is it, pity,

but the stickers were talked about and it was decided that they would go to print, in what form was unknown to us but something like "grey nomads.com" which is a website and doesnt really relate to me, I have been accused of being a big man but a website, come on,

my son works in the printing industry and I have been toying with the idea of making my own up, something like "horny old farts rule o.k." or "who cares what speed I'm doing" "yeah!! that's right, I do own the bloody road sonny" " yes I did see you but I dont care" "caution, use of blinkers voluntary, do not overtake non turning vehicle" the last one should keep them guessing for a while HEH! HEH! HEH!

but anyway, back to the real world, the stickers have sort of died in the bum so to speak even though we all offered to pay for them and sent our names and adresses in so our webmistress could sell them on to a third party at a huge profit, so to answer your question, what was it again?, OH!! YEAH!!! stickers!!........ dont know!!! sorry!!!
