tis a confused man I be indeed, from a once was not so grey nomad to an old fart that used to travel a lot and now only travels a little and is going to travel forever very shortly to a cool dude, to a newbie and then a member then veteren and now a guru whatever that is, god no wonder I get headaches and take so many tablets, when I look in the mirror I dont know who the hell is looking back, or how he got so old so damn quick, life will be simpler when the only decision I take is left turn or right turn or what time is tea or is it cuppa time yet, shall we camp here, when is happy hour, I used to think when the camp was setup and everything in its place was happy hour now they tell me it's 4 o'clock oh JEEEEEZZZZ!!! I'M going back to bed I dont like life today, it's too hard, I'll try again tommorow!!

Go Dave a Guru that must be a good thing Madonna has her own personal one. Im over your way at the moment in Streaky Bay. The weather is a little ordinary but the place is its usual packed out with tourists and nomads. Stopped over in Wilmington on the way got lost once at Booloroo Centre the gps kept telling to down roads we didnt want to go down. Keep posting more stuff Dave who knows what you will be after a guru. cheryl

hey cheryl, yesterday would have been nice in streaky not so good today, cold and windy, one thing about it along there, if it is packed in one area then a little further along there is another fantastic open sandy beach, wish i had madonna's money, lost in boolooroo HAH!!! how did you manage that, just head out on the murray town road turn right on to the wilmington road, did you stop at melrose, they had the show on saturday and then the food and wine festival on sunday, we missed the show but caught the food and wine had a great couple of hours, did you see the little black lambs just back from the goyder line parking area cute as. thanks for the encouragement and I hope you enjoy our backyard

G'day Dave,

Now A Guru, I knew you were destined for great things.  Does this mean we can now sit at your feet and absorb all that wisdom, I know one who could use some, well my wife keeps telling me so.

Dave when you are travelling, "Happy Hour" is whenever you feel like having it, as long as you don't plan on any more travelling that day. 

Don't go back to bed you never know what you may miss, I know Mr. Fraser said "life was not meant to be easy", but we all know what lying B's politician's  are. Life on the road IS as easy as shall I stop here or shall I drive a bit further or shall I turn left or right at the next junction.  I wouldn't be dead for quids.

destined for great things, all I know is I have great freinds and to me that is a lot better than things, sit at my feet, pigs bum sit by my side and share the freindship and a beverage or three, I remember that speech about life not being easy as he was sitting at his million dollar mansion by the poolside, he was better known as malcolm freezer as all he ever did was to freeze pensions and income

Hi again Dave i know Booloroo is a 3 street town and i was on a dirt road and I didnt want to go down it so asked the butcher who happened to be the uncle of our neighbours where we built in Streaky Bay directions and yes went to Melrose nice town but it was the day before the show I was in zombie mode 14 hours on the road from home to Wilmington in need of a co chair and a red so it was a very hectic couple of days luckily in three weeks when going back it will be more leisurelybut i really hate to leave this area I love it but I do love my computer at home that has a mouse Im not very good at the touch screen laptop.

hey cheryl, getting lost, did you see the goyder line site creek was flowing pretty rapidly lovely little cascade, you are building up the memorys all the time and that is what life is made up of, a series of memories, I also hate those touch pad thingys, one touch in the wrong place and it does weird things

Morning Dave No I didnt see it I think I had the trusty paper map out and was studying it so missed a bit of scenery. Melrose is a nice little spot though i gone through there once before 5 years ago when we also got lost and couldnt remember where it was to go back or what the town was called well thankfully after getting lost again I found Melrose. a lot of lifes best journeys are when one is "lost" most of our best experiences come from a position of total disarray, melrose is just such a special place, with the flinders as a backdrop we make the goyder line a stopover "tea break" whenever we head north, always kookaburras welcoming you under the big swaying gum trees and listening to the little babbling brook watching the lambs and the kangaroos, one of gods little gardens, and yet so many rush past it and dont know it is there
