Just some info for people looking for caravan repairs in Alice springs, I have had the great misfortune in dealing with JC Caravan repairs and found them THE most arrogant people I have ever met, so please if you have to deal with this crowd, do so at your own risk, you have been warned!!
Usual disclaimer, that I am not associated with anyone selling anything, and have only been through Alice Springs once, and do not know the people in question
But...
It would probably be handy to know exactly what the problem was, and what happened, so that we can better make up our own minds
Just to clarify, I went in to this business to purchase a fridge element that had blown, and had the sample of what I needed, they gave me the full third degree about repairing my fridge, then fobbed me off saying no one will have one and shouldn't be doing it, I then went to the local refrigeration and electrical business and were most helpful , what's more he had one on the shelf, had to show my elec licence to buy, I told him I tried JC Caravans and what I endured he said "we heard that beforeAnyway problem solved and fridge was back up and running. So I guess they assumed I was unlicensed, you know what they say about assumptions and customer service, and would not treat people like that with my business.
