Well, I love tripe, but rarely cook it, as the rest of the family hate it with a passion. I don't really have a sweet tooth, and so you can keep your black forest cake.
However, the person below me, or a family member, is a trained chef.

well actually my son in law is a trained chef but got sick of that and is now working as a forklift driver!!! He does cook a mean meal though, and his wife (my step-daughter) is a fantastic pastry cook. Which is very bad on the waist, and means I'm forever dieting, just like the person below . . .

.... boil some water because the baby was coming (just as they used to do in the old movies).
That was a huge releif to the person below me, because she was just about to give birth to her first child and hoping to do so before the tide came in.
