i have been told to paint the ceilings of our van. there is staining in various place but no evidence of leals i can only put it down to age. what type of paint would you reccommend. got to be easy i am no painter and hate painting

Can you tell what product has been used to line your ceiling with? If it's a type of laminate you might be better using a paint suitable for laminate. Think it comes as a preparation paint to use first.

I would give it a coat of 10% Bondcrete and water.....allow to dry for a couple of days then use a mold resistant bathroom and laundry paint x 2 coats.
I should of added seeing as you state you are not a painter. After you have done the Bondcrete coat and it has dried, use the Scotch blue tape to mask the edges. That way you will have nice straight edges :)
