After very recent experience please be very wary of the Redarc Tow Pro Elite, unit I bought through Outback Equipment is faulty and not safe if on normal roads, all that Redarc or Outback Equipment could do when asked for help is to blame myself, state that it is all wiring, had to have only Redarc installers diagnose, not any other person is able to have wiring experience, I was called a liar by both Redarc and Outback Equipment,s
Please all be very wary of either of these companies or product they do not work in my experience
Redarc claim all Australian made, this is wrong as another user has provided, see product label as made in china below

Saying that something is faulty without some kind of explanation or feedback is not very helpful.

zero error codes for this,, that is what has happened, both redarc and supplier outback equipment think this is a minor issue and provide zero assitance other than abuse, the post was a warning for others to be wary and not believe lies,
actual new calibration of a new unit stuck in manual mode, tried disconnecting and re-connecting three times,
as suggested by redarc and still occurs unable change back into proportional mode,
this is extremely unsafe and could cause others death on the roads, using caravan brakes that lock up if road conditions change to wet or to gravel,
ask any caravan towing or driving expert
This is warning for all others to wary

Although the country of manufacture is dubious, it was in fact designed in Australia:

Maybe designed in Australia but what value that has in the scheme of things I will leave it at that.
Many of us have been using them for many years....
Here is the manual:

Are there any error lights?
Is the unit able to "learn"?
Do the brakes work when you manually apply them?
