If you would like to know the EXACT amount of water remaining in your tank/s
consider a TOPARGEE digital display monitor.
Simple to install - battery/house/flushmount/recessed models available and they
are driven bu a small unit inserted into your supply line (after pump) and it will
count down from capacity to zero in 1- liter increments!
I have found it to be very accurate and trouble free now over about 6 years. (It
has had plenty of time to demonstrate reliabiliy since I use the van for about 4
months yearly).
Specially useful if you have an older van with basic ¾ - ½ - ¼ style displays.
Your current system is not interfered with and remains as a back-up.

Some people who think they have 100 litre tanks may be surprised when it shows 80 litres used and the tank is empty. Good gadget.

I fitted 2 to the OKA, but abandoned them soon after. Great idea in principle, but if you don't fill the tanks every time, they loose count and you have no idea of what they contain.
Cheers,
Peter
