I have owned a herd of goats and they don't respond well to instructions.
Noticed the contraption has a CB radio aerial, but where are the brakes?
Traction on that paved road might be a challenge also......

I don't believe that! It definitely looks like a CB aerial, possibly a GME 6047 model...
