Maybe all of us think too negatively !!!!
(or is that wise from past experience......)
We, and I could probably learn from these words of wisdom and think positively !!!!
Zen monk Shunmyo Masuno shares four powerful ways to simplify life, improve mindset, and reduce unnecessary stress.
Think Positively: Intentional optimism reduces stress, allowing for clearer thinking and better decision-making
Trust Your Decisions: Avoid overthinking and external validation by prioritising personal clarity and self-confidence
Let Go of the Past: Both successes and failures are behind youfocus on the present to seize new opportunities
Walk Away from Unnecessary Battles: Not every conflict is worth engaging in; focus on personal growth instead of proving points

I woke up yesterday, feeling absolutely awful. Out of he blue, a voice said to me "Cheer up - things could be worse"
So I cheered up, and sure enough, things got worse...

Yep, my day much the same erad.
Got up with a bad cough, still and not firing on all 4's but said to self, self, get on with the day, dog food has be got or the dogs will be crook (I'm house sitting)
Off I headed in the Collie on auto pilot to the big town further away. Just as I arrived in said location I could smell fuel. The car in front I thought but then noticed I was being followed by a wet line on the road and not from car in front. I Pulled into a car park around corner and noticed a fuel line had decided to give up the ghost. AGAIN. Third time.
A quick phone call to roadside assist then to the local fire station for Hazmat help. Next I know the said Collie was perched up high on the back of a truck. Ended up in a little mechanic's workshop in the big town. After a chat and this being the third time it was decided to bi-pass the aftermarket pre-filter that has been a problem not all that long after fitting and go back to the original Holden set up. The removal of said pre-filter to exit stage right another day.
Then, the dog food was out so had to check another shop. Yes, finally and the dogs will eat for another week.
A big thanks to Southern Cruizer for being on Uber standby if needed. No Uber needed in the end.
Oh! I did a drive by of the car park to check if the Hazmat crew had been and job well done.
So my original post is true sometimes.

Hi Doug,
How are the ribs going?
I'm about to check the temperatures between Toowoomba & Townsville for the next couple of days to make the final decision as to which way we'll go home. Think they are much of a muchness (coastal vs inland) but the water melon we picked up near Biggenden on the way down might have a twin so that hope will draw me to the Bruce Highway.
Also there's the thought of the delicious home made apple pie at the SunPalms motel at Rocky! They offer it as a take-away too!
