An Italian "artist" sticks a banana on a wall with duct tape. Along comes a Richard Cranium with more money than sense, and pays over 9 million dollars for it and the right to call it Comedian. He then would have to change the banana every couple of days so, in order to avoid doing it, he says he is going to eat it.
Welcome to the real world folks where extreme idiocy rules. I am eternally grateful for the fact that I was born in an era where some form of sanity prevailed.
Between idiots like him, the woke mob and politicians who can't see beyond the next election, methinks we are in some deep do-do.

Fifty years ago it was "Blue Poles" that caused a similar stir when it was purchased for $1.3m, but now this wind assisted bowel motion is worth between $100m and $350m. I don't think idiocy is peculiar to the modern age. There was plenty of it in our day.

Yet if I was to take a crap on a canvas, tape it there and put it up for auction they would just call it for what it is, a piece of crap. Funny what a difference a banana will do. Then maybe the banana that bought it relates to it.
