Was working fine till a trip on corrugated road , now lights ok , but doesn't get cold - works perfectly on 240 v - saw a video some time ago about soot/wasp nest falling on flame and distorting it - and how to pull it out to clear - damned if I can find it now . Had a quick look and not much room through access vent and not easy to get to - any helpers ?

So it lights and stays alight?
Perhaps the exhaust elbow has become detached at the outlet ... or broken. So hot exhaust gases are filling the cabinet behind. Mine broke apart and I repaired it with muffler putty.
As for access if that does not solve it, they can usually be pulled into the living space and swivelled enough to access the back. In mine, there are just two small screws at the bottom from memory.
