A lawyer and an engineer were fishing while on holiday and began talking.
The lawyer said, Im here because my house burnt down and everything was destroyed by the fire. The insurance company paid for everything.
Thats quite a coincidence, remarked the engineer. Im here because my house and all my belongings were destroyed by a flood. My insurance company, too, paid for everything.
There was a brief pause and then the puzzled lawyer asked, how do you start a flood?.

If there is any question about land being affected by climate change then they should send Barnaby out to inspect and file a report. He only charges about $650K to send a text that nobody sees anyway. If the land is found to be affected, well, just send Paul Fletcher out and he can pay them ten times the actual value for compensation. (Provided they are donors to his party of course.). Problem solved.
