We are grey 70 somethings and a Sasha our 9 year old rough coated terrier cross.
We head off for some adventure April 21 leaving from Tocumwal NSW where we've lived for 4 years now and heading to friends on a rural property in the South Burnett Queensland.
Looking forward to reading through posts and contributing through our trip.

Hi Christine, Bob (& Sasha)
Have a safe & enjoyable trip, take lots of photos (& maybe post a few here along the way?).
What is your travel rig & preferred travelling style?
If you share your approximate intended route it won't surprise me if you get a few recommendations for camp spots or things to see along the way from forum members.
Many years since I've been up around Tocumwal. Had some wonderful new years & easters up there in the past when we used to attend the Confest 'gathering of the tribes' on the Murray. Not even sure if they are still going.

G'day Christine, Bob & Sasha,
Like Cuppa I've enjoyed many camps in the Tocumwal, Yarrawonga, Riverina general areas - TSR's were my favorite campsites.
Plenty of free camps along your route - ensure you have WikiCamps downloaded, where you will find many options for camping.
Have a great trip seeing your friends, perhaps making some new ones along the way.
Just to introduce ourselves
