Shaken, not really sure what you are asking here. You asking if there is a way to get Netflix cheap for your use in the caravan or something else?

Well... no.
You simply pay for one of their plans, I think you can do a month by month thing with them - perhaps looking at their website would be helpful?
Keep in mind you'll need an internet mobile plan with a very good data allowance as streaming video uses a *lot* of data.

Subscribe to Netflix at about 14 to 15 bucks a month and watch it on a tablet or phone or if you want to watch it along with a friend then get yourself a little item called a Chromecast and watch it on just about any TV set. There are also cables available that will take the signal from a phone to a TV. You might find these in places like JB HiFi etc.
Alternatively buy a smart TV with the Netflix App installed and sign in from your Netflix subscription.

Hi Ken, it depends what you consider to be cheap.
You firstly need to subscribe to Netflix.
Secondly, you need a mobile modem like Telstra or Optus or other.
Then you need to prepay your data for streaming.
Approx costs would be...
Netflix subscription cost...$25.00 monthly?
Mobile modem cost...$60.00 one only setup cost?
Prepaid streaming data, annual prepaid about $130.00 for 25GB? Shop around for prepaid specials through Telstra & Optus or other suppliers.
Do the sums and if it seems cheap to you, go for it.

My subscription costs 16.99 a month.
If you have a friend or family member who will share the subscription you might halve the cost.
If you have a smart phone you can use that for streaming from the internet but as Dick said you will need a data streaming plan.
I find that at times when you have fast internet or logged onto a free service you can download movies and other entertainment from Netflix and watch it later. You generally have about two weeks to watch it before it may become unavailable.

I will not comment on foxtail
But I now know just a bit about netflix
This is my secret, of getting cheap netflix into a RV
Firstly be kind to your children, then one day they may all club together, and buy you a Tablet, for your birthday
Be kind to your grandson, then one day, he may give you, part access to his Netfli
Buy yourself an Aldi, yearly data pack, when it is on special
First year I got 130 GB of data, with free (inside Australia) phone and text, for $159
Second year if you recharge on the same plan, you can keep your unused data
Total cost to watch Netflix is about 44 cents per day

As Dick alluded to above the biggest cost is the data used.
You wont get the lowest usage from Netflix on a mobile device, you will need a computer.
A movie can use 1gb for every 20 minutes if you arent careful.
Another thing to consider is that our current mobile wifi in this country is, at times, useless for quality reception if in regional areas so be prepared for the *dreaded wheel of death* on a regular basis.
As I mentioned above it can be of an advantage in data and convenience to download a movie when conditions are good rather than just expect streaming to work seamlessly because it wont.
Prepaid services like Boost will give you reasonable service on a monthly basis but this wont come at a bargain basement cost. $ 20 per month could give you 4 to 5 movies at an average quality and speed. Except for Telstra most other providers may be cheaper but you will only get what you pay for service wise. The choice is yours.
Have a read of the data useage from the Netflix web site.
I have had Netflix for a few years now and costs $10.99 per month. I believe there is now a cheaper one but with adds. I'll stick with the $10.99. I have never had any picture quality problems. I have been reading lately Netflix (and others) will be somehow stopping sharing accounts/passwords with family or friends, so be aware of that if you go down that path.
I also have Stan...$10.00 per month and as we speak free Binge for one more month (of a 6 month gift) then if I want to continue it will be $16.00 per month. I'll decide at time if I keep as don't use as much.
I have a big Data plan so I don't have to worry about that. Being solo, I tend to watch a lot of movies/series at night. My phone is always connected to WiFi calling when in the aluminium tent as well. I can watch either provider on my smart tv or laptop or phone wherever I am.
