I have had one Satking receiver that lasted 12 years or so before it died. My second Satking receiver, when first installed kept stopping for no apparent reason. A call to Satking agents and they suggested voltage in my van system (up to 14.4v) was too high for receiver and they sent me free of charge a 12v regulator and since then, receiver has been fault-free. I'd recommend a Satking receiver. Mine is a DVBS2-980CA. $251 from Ebay right now. See URL below.
