The protestors, who are all reportedly scientists, claim the carmaker accepted their right to protest but neglected to make their lives any easier for the duration of the demonstration. 'They refused our request to provide us with a bowl to urinate and defecate in a decent manner while we are glued, and have turned off the heating,' one of the protestors, Gianluca Grimalda, said.
Well done I bet they don't go back there in a hurry!!!!

Found it, should have started up the chainsaw, they would have wet themselves then......
Should do the same over here when protestors glue themselves to the road just place witches hats around them and let the traffic go round.

This story is trending in Murdoch's media but I can't find it anywhere else. None of the German news sources seem to be reporting this event. What's going on?
It seems that even after their arrests by police, the protesters aren't getting any oxygen.

I tend to think of them as like children seeking attention.
We're all well aware of the debate around climate change so they can hardly bring that to public attention any further and surely they don't think a couple of well off Westerners gluing their hands to something is going to make 50% of the planet realise the error of their ways and immediately forego petrol?
Youngsters have needed something to feel righteous and superior about since the dawn of time - give 'em a few years and they'll all have three children, a mortgage, a 4WD and a labrador and be voting Liberal in the hope of lower taxes on their $300k joint income.

Just what do these protesters want to achieve? Making themselves an object of ridicule and derision is very unlikely to attract others to their campaign. Annoying the general public by, for example, interfering with the flow of traffic on a busy road does not draw attention to whatever message they want to convey.

Ha ,we have some of those stupid bast----s here in NZ. Hanging banners over tunnel entrances and gluing themselves to the road .Id just send a truck in with a hiab,loop a chain around them and wrench the bloody skin off there hands.Wouldn`t be there again !!
