Evening guys, new member here. Hoping I can get some info. I'm looking to buy a secong hand Penguin Outback but I need the shorter version (5365mm) to fit in my garage.
I've done heaps of research but nothing seems consistent from year to year. Hard to find anything documented before the latest model as well. Can anyone shine a light please?
Thanks,
Terry.

Welcome to the gang Terry, enjoy here and out in the playground.
I Googled Penguin Outback and heaps came up second hand so maybe you could do similar and there might be some further information if you check each one. Other than that maybe go to a Jayco Dealer and see if they can help, if you haven't already.
Keep Safe on the roads and out there.

Welcome to GN"s Terry,
I can't help you regarding Jayco Penguins perhaps an email to Colin Young at Caravan Council of Australia may get you your answer. Also check their website for free technical info and checklists. www.caravancouncil.com.au/home
CARAVAN COUNCIL OF AUSTRALIA, 3 Margaret Street, Parkdale VIC 3195 T: 0409 865 399 F: 03 9587 1828 - caravancouncil@optusnet.com.au
I assume you are aware that sizes of campers listed do NOT include the length of drawbar and towbars - this can add another 2M to their advertised length.
Also consider other camper/caravans such as the A Van they are a very compact unit and come in various lengths.

Thanks Possum3. That's so true with the length. The travel length is the one I'm after but not a lot of ads list it. I'll check your links out.
