Saying she will move to the electorate if she wins, former NSW premier and candidate for Bennelong, Fowler and the NSW Senate, Kristina Keneally, has nominated for the blue-ribbon position of British Prime Minister.

Love it :)
I doubt there are constitutional restrictions with the nationality of a UK PM although either gaining UK citizenship or, at the very least, a UK permanent residents visa would probably be an electrol advantage. However, again, I doubt there are constitutional restrictions on her PMing from Australia over Zoom? Although the Cabinet may get grumpy.
Ah, professional politicians... anything in order to gain power.

Boris (a popular Russian name) was born in the USA, so anything is possible.
