Well do we see that the coal oil or gas fired power stations closing so as to eliminate the base load power by 25% to the Midwest of the USA?
I dont think so.
We are the only stupid country that would do that.
Then in the next post.
We mention Paris, I assume that is the one in France.
It needs to be noted that France relies heavily on, dare we mention it, Nuclear Power.
Variations in temperatures, be them hot or cold are weather events, and are falsely being reported as global warming to appease those with the sole agenda of bringing our wonderful country to its knees.
These climate malingerers are supporting this to soften us up for the eventual takeover of their communist mates in C#ina.
Dorian, you should be gainfully employed writing false weather headlines for the media.

When should we be getting ready to cope with your alarmist statement?
Here in Australia we are Celsius but I am in my 70 s and when were were measuring in Fahrenheit I can easily recall figure in excess of 100 degrees in the
1950 s on the central coast of NSW and stretching out into the western areas of NSW.
Back then it was called a heatwave, exactly the same as Qld this last week, had a cold spell
It was weather then and it is weather now.

Here we are approching the new fiscal year, and we have a headline triple digit temps.
Hello the average temps in Las Vegas Nevarda for July high is 104 degrees F and low is 81 degrees F, if you think its warm there just go to Death Valley 120 F highest recorded temp there 134 F, even places in Australia have summer temp averaging over 100 deg F

Marble Bar comes to mind
It was reported some years ago that weather reports never mentioned that one of our favourite regional centres temperature never went above 36 deg c.
This town was Mildura and although temps may have been up around 38 or 39 the figure of 36 was considered a good cut off point so as not to detract from tourists visiting.
Apparently it worked at the time as the dry heat in central parts of our country did appear to many to be cooler than the higher humidity areas of the east coast.
Imagine the climate malingerers reaction if that was still happening.
It is a bit like the alarmist method of temperature reporting now.
Here we are it is 36 but it feels like 44
What a crock of $hit.

"The heat wave comes on the heels of another record-breaking heat wave over the last week, which impacted many of the same regions about to be affected by the second wave."
Bit rough mate,
No one mentioned anything about climate. It is called- - Winter
But wait you are correct, there are so many climate maniacs that think the weather is something else.
This frost is common during cold spells of Weather. It happens each year and has done for centuries.

Like the difference between left & right!
True: every time there is a severe weather event there is always some pompous, smug individual chanting "That's climate change for you."
Get ready for triple-digit temperatures again, as massive heat dome engulfs the US:

& a bitterly cold 38°C in Paris!
