I have done any serious cooking for many years but, back in the day, my 'signature dish' was creamy chicken and mushroom casserole with bacon bits, served on a bed of Jasmine rice.
It was always very well received and highly praised.
Do you have a signature dish?

Mango (very ripe) ice cream, with orange, some lime, as the French say a "bit" of double cream, lots of sugar & a pinch of salt. Grand Marnier to taste!

My specialty is to ask the missus what she's cooking for dinner tonight. She even cooks the meat when we have a BBQ.
It must be working OK because its our 50th wedding anniversary in August.

My signature dish is fried eggs. It's the signature of someone who never learned to cook.

Risotto.
Chicken & Mushroom.
Seafood.
Smoked pork & mushroom.
Two secrets:
1) Good stock
2) Quality rice.
Enjoy.
